Meet the Staff of Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates

Jessica Edwards - RN, Surgical Coordinator

Jessica joined Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates in July 2006. She knows how to do everything in our practice from the front desk management to patient care in the back and is a phenomenal person with which to work. She graduated from OCCC as an RN.

 "I love taking care of patients, which is why I earned my nursing degree; I get to do what I love every day," she says. Outside her work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, reading, and running.

Vickie Hennessee - LPN, Surgical Assistant

Vickie serves as surgical assistant, and is known for her help in all other areas when needed. She is currently an LPN and is working toward getting her RN. Vickie has worked in cosmetic surgery for more than 10 years, and has worked with Dr. Nuveen for eight years.

Vicki says, “I love seeing our patients come back happier and feeling better about themselves. It feels good knowing that I was part of the process.” She has a 12-year-old daughter, and enjoys relaxing with friends, family, or a good book.

Kami Dickson - CST, Surgical Assistant

Kami joined Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates in July 2011. She is a 2007 Surgical Technologist graduate of Platt College, and is planning to further her education for a career in nursing. Kami enjoys the outdoors, family, friends, and going to the lake. She said, "I love working for CSA. It's an amazing feeling to help others feel beautiful."

Catherine Lynn - CRNA

Catherine has been with Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates since 2003. She is our primary choice for anethesia provider for more complex procedures.

She is mother to three children and married to another CRNA. She is superlative in what she does and is Dr. Nuveen's choice to provide anesthesia to members of his family.

Kim Prouty - CMM Micropigmentologist

Kim is our certified medical micropigmentologist and can take care of all your permanent make-up and skin care needs.

She performs IPL laser treatments, laser hair removal, tatto removal, hyperpigmentation, and various other treatments.

Kristen Treat - LPN, Surgical Circulator

Kristen joined Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates after obtaining her LPN at Gordon Cooper and is currently enrolled at Rose State College for her RN certification. She enjoys working at CSA because, “It’s a great feeling to be a part of the life changes that Dr. Nuveen provides for his patients and the ability to see the excitement of having their life change for the better.”

Kristen enjoys spending time with her husband and dog Rufus, spending time outside, taking weekend getaways, and watching her many nephews play football.

Brittni Walton - RN, BSN, Follow-up Care

Originally from Enid, Okla., Brittni joined the CSA team in July 2011. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma’s College of Nursing in May 2011, and is in the process of obtaining her Masters in Administration and Management. Brittni provides follow up care to patients after surgery.

“I love working with patients," she said, "and helping them discover their inner and outer beauty.” In her spare time, Brittni loves to run, watch movies, college football game days, and eating at local spots around OKC.

Ashley White - MA, Surgical Circulator

Ashley joined Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates in 2010. She attended Oklahoma Health Academy for medical assisting and is currently pursuing her RN degree from Rose State College. Ashley said, “I enjoy working at CSA because I love seeing the wonderful life changes that Dr. Nuveen creates for his patients.”  For fun, Ashley spends time with her son, family, and friends. 

Sarah B. Bleakley - RN, BSN, Medical Administrator

Sarah has been a part of the CSA team since March of 2007. She is a true Sooner fan; born and raised in Norman, Okla. Prior to transitioning into the role of Medical Administrator, she spent a year working as Nurse Manager. Sarah is constantly busy trying to advance the quality of our practice.  Her position requires her to rotate many roles and she is always willing to help whenever assistance is needed.

She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelors Degree in Nursing in 2007 and spent nearly all of her childhood playing competitive soccer. Sarah's favorites: Watching sports (any and all), listening to live music, tornado season, organic food, and Sunday dinners at her parents' house.

Nicole Dansereau - Director of Marketing

Nicole joined Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates in September 2011.  As a graduate of Oklahoma State University, she brings 12 years of marketing experience with her.  “I am excited to work with Dr. Nuveen and his staff because this is such an amazing service.”  Nicole enjoys writing, photography, food and wine, and her two dachshunds.

Madeline Newton - Patient Care Coordinator

If you have called our offices or walked through our doors, chances are you have had the pleasure of speaking with Madeline.  She is a joy to our patients and the rest of the staff, and we cannot imagine working without her. 

Madeline is also a full-time student at the University of Central Oklahoma, majoring in marketing with a minor in professional sales and business administration.  Her hobbies include working out, outdoor activities, spending time with family and friends, and cooking.  Madeline said, “This job has been such a tremendous learning experience, and has been truly rewarding in so many ways.”

Taylor White - Patient Care Coordinator

Taylor joined Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates in 2011, and plans to study nursing in the future. Taylor said, “I like working at CSA because I enjoy being a part of making people feel better about themselves.”

Her hobbies are reading, baking, crafting, spending time with family and friends, and she’s always looking for ways to learn new things.
