Sarah B. Smith- R.N., B.S.N. Practice Manager: 

Sarah has been a part of the CSA team since March of 2007. She is a true Sooner fan; born and raised in Norman, OK. Prior to transitioning into the role of practice manager, she spent a year working as the nurse manager. Sarah is constantly busy trying to advance the quality of our practice.  Her position requires her to rotate into a lot of other roles and she is always willing to help whenever assistance is needed. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelors Degree in Nursing in 2007 and spent nearly all of her childhood playing competitive soccer. Sarah's favorites: Watching sports (any and all), listening to live music, tornado season, organic food, and Sunday dinners at her parents' house.

Jennifer Williams- Patient Coordinator:

Jennifer recently relocated from Tulsa, Oklahoma to join our practice in June 2009.  She is in charge of coordinating our schedule and she ensures the highest level of patient care from the initial consultation all the way through your post-operative experience.  Thanks to Jennifer our office runs like a well-oiled machine and we would not be as well-organized without the skills she brings to the table.  She has a double Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Management from Oklahoma State University. Jennifer's favorites:  Starbucks iced coffees, yoga, her dog Brock, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Amber Cline- Marketing Coordinator:

Amber has been with CSA since July 2009 and handles the marketing for our ever expanding practice.  She maintains our website, helps with patient scheduling, as well as helping handle any questions or concerns our patients have through their surgical experience.  She loves the interaction she gets with patients and encourages their feedback so she can help improve our practice every day. Amber graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations in 2005 and has worked in the medical field for the last 4 years.  Amber's favorites:  Reading, cooking, going to the lake, Yankess baseball, and spending time with her brand new baby boy Luke and friends.

Madeline Newton- Administrative Assistant:

If you have called our offices or walked through our doors chances are you have had the pleasure of meeting Madeline.  She is such a joy to our patients and the rest of the staff that we cannot imagine work without her.  In addition to working here at CSA, she is also a full-time student at the University of Central Oklahoma.  Madeline's favorites:  Working out, anything outdoors, and spending time with her family and friends when she isn’t busy studying.

Jessica Edwards- Surgical Coordinating Nurse:

Jessica has been with Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates since July 2006.  She knows how to do everything in our practice from the front desk management to patient care in the back and is a phenomenal person to work with.  She graduated in May from OCCC as an R.N.  Jessica has spent over a year getting prepared to take over her current position with our practice, so she is more than capable to manage the surgical needs of our patients.  Jessica's favorites:  Spending time with her husband, reading, running, and playing with her two dogs.

Catherine Lynn- CRNA:

Catherine has been with Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates since 2003. She is our primary choice for anethesia provider for more complex procedures. She is mother to three children and married to another CRNA. She is superlative in what she does and is my choice to provide anesthesia to members of my family.

Jennifer Ponce- R.N.

Jennifer graduated in May 2010 from OCCC as an R.N. and immediately joined the CSA team as our follow-up nurse.  She does an outstanding job day in and day out of making sure every single one of our patient's post-operative needs are met.  She genuinely cares for every patient who walks through our doors, and does all that she can to make sure their recovery is as smooth as possible which leads to optimal results.  Jennifer's favorites: Spending time with her husband and dog Kobe, being an active member of Life Church, traveling, Lakers basketball, and coffee.

Vickie Hennessee- Practical Nurse:

Vickie knows the ins-and-outs of our practice and has been an important part of our team for 7 years; longer than anyone else here.  She is a surgical assistant and the high quality of her work is proof that she really loves her job.  She is currently a full time student working towards completion of her R.N. in 2011.  In addition to being an amazing employee she is also a phenomenal mom to her 10 year old daughter.  You can ask anyone who works with her, or patients she has helped and you will never hear a negative thing about her.

Tracy Schaff- Student Nurse:

Tracy has been an important part of our team for 3 years and our patients absolutely love her. She will care for you throughout your procedure from the very beginning all the way through your recovery.  She was born and raised in Norman and loves her OU Sooners.  She is currently in nursing school and is set to graduate in 2012 with her R.N.  Tracy's favorites:  Working out, traveling, and Sunday dinners with her family.

Kandace Perryman- LPN    

Kandace is a recent graduate of Metro Tech and is an amazing part of the CSA staff.  If you come in for a procedure or consultation she will probably play a role in your experience in our facility.  Kandace has been married for 7 years and has 2 children that keep her busy.  In her spare time she loves running, scuba diving, and spending time outdoors with her family.

Shai Zerbe- Certified Surgical Technologist:

Shai is one of the best surgical assistants we have ever had here at Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates.  She spent 4 years in the navy. After her enlistment service, she entered into the surgical tech program at Platt College, where she graduated in November 2008.  Shai's favorites:  Spending time with her son, going to church, reading, taking naps, and horseback riding.
